My schedule

The most important function of the choir system, appointment management. It is very easy to use for members: Slide the switch to red or green and you are registered or deregistered.
Icons show different statuses and all details are explained when you move the mouse over them.

Schedule by group

All appointments and member statuses are clearly displayed in the group view. Admins can click on any name and “re-register”.
The icons in the blue bar lead directly to further functions: Attendance lists (PDF), participant lists, mailing by status, editing, etc.

Schedule by name

Always the same appointments and statuses, but in a different order. The filter can be completely removed here so that you can really see all appointments and all members.

Calendar view

For those who prefer to have the whole month in view: this is the calendar view.
Below, there is a link to an ICS calendar. This can be used to import and synchronize choir appointments in any calendar program or appointment app.

Lists as a PDF

This is where the choir system can show off its full range: Membership data is available, as is participation status:
Admins can dynamically generate a PDF from the data at the touch of a button (note data protection: addresses!)

Member list - GDPR compliant

The choir system takes data privacy seriously, honestly! Therefore, member data is only shown if the member has agreed to this.
Alternatively, only admins can download a complete list in various formats in their area.

Choir management by groups

The choir system can be divided into groups and subgroups (e.g. voice groups) without limit.
Appointments and members are then assigned; members only see their own appointments.

Information system for posts

Free texts with formatting, images or YouTube links. Display for admins, all members or public.
Incl. PDF download button also public.
And a “signature function”. This reduces the amount of paperwork for the next rehearsal weekend.

Comprehensive e-mail dispatch

Mail dispatch to groups, by appointment registrations etc. Own signature, SMTP accounts for the entire choir or individually.
For data privacy reasons, individual dispatch, members can provide a copy address.

Carpooling

Plan your journey to the choir weekend or performance in the internal area
Anyone offering/looking for a lift can make an entry here. - For each appointment separately.

Ticket sales for events

Are you planning a concert and want to run the (pre)sales via the choir system? No problem! Our new function now offers the possibility to do so.
Create event - enter ticket options (e.g. several price categories), set payment options and you're ready to go!

Statistics for choir management

Statistics and downloads for the choir management.
All tables can be downloaded, sorted and filtered in various formats.

Settings and theming

The choir system can be configured very individually. Some things are optional, so that the choir management can achieve exactly what they want: to use the rehearsals only for music.
The theming goes very wide: the uploaded logo is also used in PDFs. Free choice of fonts, colours etc.

Texts that suit you

On many pages you write the introductory texts yourself. This motivates members or provides them with up-to-date information.
This ensures a high level of identification with the system and good use of it.

You can have small help messages displayed at the relevant points.
